SHIPPING:

Shipping takes on average 3-9 Business Days

Specifics and Restrictions:

We allow returns & exchanges of unused products within 30 days from original purchase date.

You will be refunded the amount you paid minus Shipping Costs. Shipping Costs will not be refunded. If you used a discount when purchasing, you will receive the discounted price returned to you. This means you will not receive the full retail price when you did not pay the retail price.

Due to health and safety concerns with the type of products we sell, we are unable to take back items in which the manufacturer’s seal has been broken.

How to Return or Exchange:

When returning an item please email support.team@nurwirl.com for instructions and your order number. Please do not ship the product before contacting us as we cannot guarantee your return.

CANCELATION:

When canceling an item please email support.team@nurwirl.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. If an order was prep and shipped, please read our “HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANCE” once the product is returned to our warehouse. We can process a full refund.

 

Please Note:

Buyer is responsible for All Shipping and Tracking Costs for the return. Please make sure you get a shipping receipt from the carrier as we are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
